Poulthrain – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Poulthrain. We are dedicated to delivering our premium minimalist menswear to your doorstep across Australia with absolute reliability and care.

1. Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes

To suit your needs, we offer two distinct delivery methods at checkout. All delivery windows are calculated in business days (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays) from the date of dispatch.

  • Standard Shipping (Free)

    • Cost: $0.00 (Complimentary on all orders)

    • Delivery Time: 5 to 12 business days.

  • Express Shipping (Paid)

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

    • Delivery Time: 5 to 8 business days.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  • Once your order is handed over to our courier partners, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.

3. Tracking Your Shipment

Every parcel dispatched from Poulthrain includes end-to-end tracking. You can monitor your shipment’s progress using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier’s portal.

4. Delivery Areas & Authority to Leave (ATL)

  • We deliver to all residential addresses, business addresses, and PO Boxes across Australia.

  • If you choose "Authority to Leave" at checkout, you authorise the courier to leave the package in a secure location at your address if you are not home. Please note that Poulthrain cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages once the courier confirms delivery to the designated address.

5. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we make every effort to ensure your garments arrive within the specified timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to courier peak seasons, extreme weather events, or regional disruptions. In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), if an order experiences an unacceptable or major delay, you are entitled to a remedy. Please reach out to us if your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period beyond the estimated window.

6. Incorrect Address & Redelivery Fees

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. Poulthrain is not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to our fulfilment hub due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a local post office, a redelivery fee may apply.
