1. Overview & Agreement

This website (poulthrain.store) is operated by Poulthrain. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Poulthrain. By visiting our site and/or purchasing premium apparel from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website.

Where our goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) as detailed under our separate Refund & Returns Policy. Our liability for any failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is strictly limited to the remedies provided under the ACL.

4. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

We take utmost care to ensure all product details, colour displays, descriptions, and prices appearing on poulthrain.store are accurate. However, to the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free.

The colours of our premium minimalist garments may vary slightly depending on your digital display, monitor settings, and calibration. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate to the physical fabric.

5. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices displayed on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

6. Products and Orders

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales (NSW), Australia. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and courts of appeal from them.
